Acknowledging that a paradigm shift in policies does not necessarily reflect a shift in culture, participants worked with Nisha Sethi, an artist at Betti Ono, to develop poster designs. And while symbolic gestures are nice, they aren't the only answer, and they're not really a solution at all. In this case, removing men from the stage won't really do anything in the long-term besides giving women the microphone for one night â while simultaneously absolving them from taking part in an important conversation.
