The Sky | Kick It Out award for equality and inclusion will recognise an individual or organisation within sport that has led the fight against racism and discrimination whilst promoting equality and inclusion in sport and wider society. Anna Stembridge's team did not win a game during the last edition of the competition back in 2019 and fell at the final hurdle the year prior to that. The PGA - with a tough history - has done a lot within their own organisations. Maybe some of the statements haven't been very public, but I know for a fact that I've had conversations with all of those corporations and I know that they have been doing the work internally, they have set up a task force. The PGA has had a horrible past with all of this but they are trying to make amends. Rangers said they "flourished" under Gerrard's management and helped build "outstanding, highly competitive playing squad which is capable of both winning and entertaining on all fronts".
